What this site collects

The enquiry form on this site does not post your data to a server. It builds an email inside your own mail application and you send it, so the details you type travel as a normal email to our sales inbox at tianxiang@zuozuotech.com.

This site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and sets no cookies of its own.

Technical logs

Our hosting and content delivery provider records standard request data such as IP address, user agent and requested page for security and reliability. We do not combine those logs with personal information you send us.

How we use what you send

Enquiry details — name, company, email, phone, market and product interest — are used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you order, to run that order. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept in our business mailbox for as long as it is commercially relevant. Ask us to remove a thread and we will delete what we are not required to keep for accounting or contractual purposes.
