What is the minimum order quantity?
100 units per model. Customization scope — and any MOQ attached to it — is agreed for each project, so tell us what you want changed when you enquire.
Do you publish prices on this site?
No. Pricing depends on quantity, configuration and timing, so it is issued by email against a specific enquiry. Use the contact page and tell us the model and volume.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes, samples are available. Sample cost and dispatch timing are confirmed with your contact before anything ships, and they depend on the model and any customization.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit, with the balance paid before shipment. Standard delivery time is 35 days after the order details are confirmed.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is within China only. Free domestic shipping applies on orders of 500 units or more. Give us your receiving location in China when you enquire and we will confirm the exception cases.
Do you handle export, FOB or DDP shipments?
No. We deliver to an address in China. Onward freight, export formalities and any Incoterm arrangement are yours to arrange.
Is the hardware branded?
Standard supply is unbranded and neutral, so you can sell it under your own label. Branding, packaging and colour changes are handled as an OEM / ODM project.
Does YY-01 work with Xbox?
No. Xbox support is not offered. YY-01 supports compatible phones, PCs, in-car entertainment systems, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, PS3, and handheld devices with active Bluetooth support. It is not compatible with other PlayStation consoles.
Do consoles come with games or a memory card?
No. Standard shipments contain no TF (microSD) card and no preinstalled games. Buyers source their own cards and game content.
Which certifications do you hold?
We can provide CE, FCC and RoHS documentation on request, per model and configuration. Ask for the specific files that cover the version you are buying before you place an order.
What is the warranty position?
Warranty and after-sales terms are agreed as part of your order. Raise it during the enquiry so it is written into the order terms rather than assumed.
How quickly can stock ship?
YY-01 stock is held but is subject to confirmation at the time of your order, and stock is not the same as same-day dispatch. DY20 finished units are built to order from current material. Confirm timing before you plan a launch date.
Can I mix models to reach the MOQ?
Mixed-model orders are reviewed case by case. Tell us the split you want and we will confirm what is workable.
Do you sell to individual consumers?
No. This is a business-to-business supply operation with a 100-unit minimum.
